A word from our friends ....

John Mathis, Fashion Photographer - Natchez Eola Hotel

"Tied in a Bow was graced with the presence and laughter of Chef Lynnie during our photoshoot in Natchez. The shoot was a huge success in no small part due to Chef Lynnie’s magical creations that included Triple Chocolate Puffs, Mandarin Orange Tartletts, and Blueberry Scones along with veggie trays to keep us all energized.  He was also there to take part in the shoot for his upcoming new book, Delicioso.   Chef Lynnie kept both the models and crew focused during the shoot and laughing in between sets with his infectious sense of humor."

Lauren Palacios

Chef Lynn  did a phenomenal job making the most amazing dishes for our anniversary dinner and breakfast! Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was just magical!

The Redmans Anniversary Party

"The evening ran so smoothly thanks to you and the professional attitude of every person there. I will recommend you to all my friends! Lynn, you and your skilled team exceeded my every expectation. The food was not only delicious but so gorgeously presented...every morsel was like a work of art."

Baker / Thomas Wedding Reception

"What Beauty and the Beast wedding would be complete without the "Grey Stuff?" Chef Lynnie made all of my dreams come true when I saw the sweet grey decadence on those tiny graham crackers adorned with pearls. They were more popular  than the bride and groom at the reception, being passed around on a silver platter by Chef Lynnie himself. Our day would have been incomplete without his talent to make a movie statement come to life! We were so blessed to have Chef Lynnie make such a magical impact on our wedding day."
